Please understand. ★The definition of typhoons, earthquakes, etc. shall be subject to the announcement of the county government where the resort is located (Nantou County). If the county government announces suspension of work and classes on the day of check-in, the resort will fully refund the guest's deposit. If the guest needs to cancel the reservation due to psychological panic or other reasons, it shall be handled in accordance with the "Items that should and should not be included in the standardized contract for individual guest reservations" of the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications (please go to the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications for details), and the guest shall bear the cancellation fee. The relevant regulations are explained as follows: The time calculation is based on Taiwan local time (Greenwich Mean Time plus 8 hours; GMT+8). For stays of more than one day, the first day of check-in is used as the calculation basis. If the guest cancels the reservation 14 days before the check-in date, the resort will refund 100% of the deposit. If the guest cancels the reservation 10-13 days before the check-in date, the hotel will refund 70% of the deposit. If the guest cancels the reservation 7-9 days before the check-in date, the hotel will refund 50% of the deposit. If the guest cancels the reservation 4-6 days before the check-in date, the hotel will refund 40% of the deposit. If the guest cancels the reservation 2-3 days before the check-in date, the hotel will refund 30% of the deposit. If the guest cancels the reservation 1 day before the check-in date, the hotel will refund 20% of the deposit. If the guest cancels the reservation on the check-in day, the hotel will charge 100% of the deposit and will not be able to postpone or change the room type. On the eve and d
