The following are our reservation notes and refund and cancellation instructions:

Notes and Cancellation and Refund Instructions

  • Each room is limited to room type. If the number of people exceeds the limit, an extra bed or extra person fee will be charged.

  • In order to maintain the quality of accommodation for all guests, we will confirm the number of people when you check in. If there are more people than the number of people, we will charge according to the room rate table. If you cannot accept it, please do not book a room.

  • Starting from 2025, all hotels in Taiwan are not allowed to provide disposable toiletries and accommodation supplies. We will only provide towels, toilet paper, and nice-smelling shower/shampoo. Please bring your own personal items.

  • This property does not have an elevator.

  • This B&B is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in indoor public areas, guest rooms, and guest bathrooms. Violators may be fined up to NT$10,000. If you cannot accept this, please do not book a room.

  • Pets are not allowed. If you bring pets with you, you will be charged a cleaning fee of NT$1,000 per pet. If you damage any equipment, you will be required to pay compensation.

  • Drinking, smoking, gambling, chewing betel nuts and using other prohibited substances are strictly prohibited indoors.

  • Please keep your money and valuables safe.

  • The parking lot of this B&B only provides free parking for guests. The B&B is not responsible for damage, theft, etc. Please manage your car by yourself.

  • Please take off your shoes in the room and refrain from making loud noises, especially after 21:00 pm, to avoid disturbing the peace of other guests.

  • To maintain public safety, cooking is strictly prohibited in the room.

  • To maintain public safety, the kitchen is not provided for guests to cook and guests are prohibited from entering.

  • It is strictly forbidden to shake, climb, play or lean on the railings, stairs, balconies and handrails of the mountain hotel. Guests should be careful when walking on the trails as the road is slippery.

Cancellation and Refund Instructions

The definition of typhoons and earthquakes is subject to the announcement of the county government (Nantou County) where the B&B is located. If the county government announces a suspension of work or classes on the day of check-in, the B&B will fully refund the guest's deposit. If the guest needs to cancel the reservation due to psychological panic or other reasons, it will be handled in accordance with the "Items that should and should not be included in the standardized contract for individual guest reservations" of the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications (please go to the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications for details), and the guest shall bear the cancellation fee.

  • The time calculation is based on Taiwan local time (Greenwich Mean Time plus 8 hours; GMT+8). For stays of more than one day, the first day of stay will be used as the basis for calculation.

  • If the guest cancels the reservation 14 days before the check-in date, the resort will refund 100% of the deposit.

  • If the guest cancels the reservation 10-13 days before the check-in date, the resort will refund 70% of the deposit.

  • If the guest cancels the reservation 7-9 days before the check-in date, the resort will refund 50% of the deposit.

  • If the guest cancels the reservation 4-6 days before the check-in date, the resort will refund 40% of the deposit.

  • If the guest cancels the reservation 2-3 days before the check-in date, the resort will refund 30% of the deposit.

  • If the guest cancels the reservation 1 day before the check-in date, the resort will refund 20% of the deposit.

  • If the guest cancels the reservation on the check-in day, the resort will charge 100% of the deposit and will not be able to postpone or change the room type.

  • During the Chinese New Year and consecutive holidays of three days or more, the deposit is 50% of the total room rate.

  • When refunding the room fee, if there is a remittance fee (or overseas bank fee), it will be borne by the booker.

★ If the appointment needs to be postponed due to force majeure such as natural disasters (typhoons, earthquakes, etc.), it can be retained for half a year, limited to one postponement, and cannot be cancelled after the postponement.

★ The definitions of typhoons, earthquakes, etc. are subject to the announcement of the county government where the B&B is located (Nantou County). If the guest is in a state of psychological panic, they are not included in this scope.
